The Ministry of Education’s Policy/Program Memorandum - PPM 1: Ontario Schools for the Deaf and Blind as Resource Centres governs the delivery of resource services. Our Resource Services program provides services to children of preschool age who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, low vision and/or Deafblind and their families.
